Your FAQs

Couldn’t I just do it myself?

Technology has made it easy for people to create their own videos, but it is our expertise in planning and logistics, story-telling and production that will make your video stand out from the others.

How do I get started?

Ask yourself:
What is your end goal for your video? Who is your audience, and what do you hope they will do once they’ve seen it? How can we help you move people with moving pictures?

What if I have my own idea?

Awesome. We love your ideas. We love to take our clients ideas and add to them, to sometimes turn them on their heads in order to devise with the best approach possible to make your idea a reality within your budget.

How long does it take?

Every project is different, but we will hit any deadline you can lay out before us. Sometimes having to turn something around in a short amount of time simplifies the approach, but completing your video on time and on budget is our focus.

What formats can you deliver on?

Any format you want. We have lived through VHS and DVD, we make BluRays and .mp4’s. We can deliver, convert, provide any format you require.

Can I pitch you my idea for a TV show?

Totally. We have a history in television and we love to hear new ideas. Send us your pitch and if we think your idea might have legs, our people will talk to your people.

Do you do weddings?

Never say never, but it would have to be a pretty big wedding.

Isn’t it expensive?

The short answer is not really. It’s like building a house. Every house has four walls and a roof, but some have granite countertops and heated tile floors.  Some have the warmth of a wood stove and pine floors. We can work within your budget to make the video that suits your needs.

What kind of gear do you use?

Anything and everything. If we need it, we probably have it, or we rent it. If you think your project needs a Hollywood sized production? We’re in. We are only limited by time and budget.

What is Video Asset Management?

Video asset management is the logging and compiling of all footage shot for a specific project or client. With advanced planning, it is possible the stretch these assets to be used in several future productions.

Is there a Joe at joe:?

There’s nobody actually named “Joe” at Joe. But we like to consider ourselves a group of down-to-earth, hard-working Joes, ready to exceed your expectations.
